Welcome to my Website

For years I tried doing ministry the way I was taught by my teachers, how other people did it, and what I thought the Lord wanted me to do. I was told that we learn as we go but I found out we learn as we grow.

Jesus 12 Apostles understood ministry by following the teachings of Jesus not opinions of others and what seemed popular. The Lord started showing me that being faithful to man is not the same as being loyal and faithful to Him.

Everything I did in past ministry was my perception, things to please others or at the leading of my leaders. I discovered it is very difficult for one to lead if that one is always following.

God called me to lead and that means stepping away from other established foundations. I am not in ministry for myself or others, I am:

"IN IT FOR HIM"

Perhaps I am a bit old fashioned because I believe the early church is a model that should still be in existence.

Acts 2:38-47 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people.

And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

IN IT FOR HIM

Making a mistake does not mean we fold, instead we go deeper into God's true will for our lives.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

(I John 1:9)
