Let The Children Come
And whoever may cause to stumble one of the little ones believing in me, better is it for him if a millstone is hanged about his neck, and he hath been cast into the sea. Mark 9:42
Jesus loves children. Little children are pure and innocent until they are corrupted by evil people working on behalf of Satan. Jesus saw children of His day as great irreplaceable treasures. These precious ones represent newness of life. They represent adventure, the spark in life, creative imaginations, and pure thoughts.
Just picture a child thinking about Ice Cream those thoughts are clean as pure driven snow. The child does not think about calories, gaining weight, getting diabetes, or guilt. A child thinking about Ice Cream only thinks about the rewards of that first taste on his/her tongue. For a child God's perfect will means getting to the end of his/her bowl of Ice Cream. Humble yourself before the Lord like a child and be in God's perfect will.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 18:10
O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. Psalm 34:8
